We appreciated their assistance and loved the new room with a full view of the airport and the Berlin Reservoir. Realizing that would not work for our comfort and need for a quieter environment, the front desk staff was very helpful in relocating us to a different room. After leaving the room for a bit, we returned to hear children's voices and rambunctious behavior through one of the connecting doors. A feisty wasp greeted us upon arrival, but after a few minutes we were able to capture and dispose of it. The view was more of a roof, although we could get a side glance at the reservoir. We presume it can be used as a huge suite if needed. Our first room had two separate connecting doors, and was quite large. The staff at check-in and other times was extremely friendly and helpful. Nice circular driveway in front, there is also a fountain but it wasn't operating. The Marriott is very modern and appears to have been remodeled during the past year. Took us only a few minutes to drive from Avis over to the hotel, and we found lots of available parking.
